  • Stuttgart / Dresden, Aug 8, 2022 - It runs through the city center and is very busy: City bus route 68 operated by Dresdner Verkehrsbetriebe (DVB) is part of the backbone of local public transport provided by buses in Saxony's state capital. It has now been fully electrified – with the Mercedes-Benz eCitaro.

  • Stuttgart / Mannheim / Dresden, May 3, 2022 - Making a clear statement on the transportation revolution and local public transport, Chief Financial Officer and Technical Officer of Dresdner Verkehrsbetriebe AG (DVB) Andreas Hemmersbach and DVB Motor Vehicle Manager Robert Roch have accepted the 250th Mercedes-Benz bus to be delivered to this transport company based in Dresden since 1990.
  • Stuttgart / Mannheim, May 2, 2022 - Daimler Buses aims to offer locally CO2-neutral vehicles based on batteries and hydrogen in every segment by 2030. The initial focus will be on the core markets of Europe and Latin America. By 2039, only locally CO2-neutral new vehicles are to be sold in the core market of Europe. In the city bus segment, this is to be the case in Europe as early as 2030.
