The Mercedes‑Benz Tourismo will safely and comfortably take the team and coaching staff of the German second division football team to all away and preseason games. In the three-axle model 16 RHD, players can relax on 32 leather seats with flexibly adjustable head restraints. In 18 of these seats, they can also stretch out on electronically adjustable table and leg rests and enjoy the ride in a relaxed seating position.

Rear passenger compartment with two bistro tables

In the rear of the vehicle, which is equipped with a panoramic camera, kitchen and three refrigerators, two bistro tables serve as hangouts for relaxed conversations or exciting card games. Those who would prefer to relax with music or films can do so with an iPod or iPhone, which can be charged at any time and in any seat row. For the safety of athletes and their support staff, the Euro VI touring coach has the latest active filters on board. The system developed by Daimler Buses uses an antiviral functional layer to filter minute droplets in the air, prevent their concentration and thus increase coronavirus infection protection.

For Ebenbeck Reisen GmbH from Straubing, the new Tourismo is their 80th touring coach and the third vehicle that the proven mobility partner has made available to the Regensburg-based club with a long tradition in its club colors red and white. Founded in 1957 and now run by Franz and Matthias Ebenbeck in its second and third generation, the family-run company operates 192 eight-seater buses and 90 touring coaches, city buses and inter-city buses.
